Arabica Coffee House are a UK based newly launched coffee shop brand, with aggressive growth plans through own stores and franchised stores over the next 10 years.

Arabica Coffee House founded and launched into the UK market in early 2018. Focused on serving the best ethically sourced coffee at an affordable everyday price, the brand was an instant success growing quickly to 5 stores by the end of 2018 with a further 10 in the pipeline for 2019. Then in 2020 the plan is to offer a franchise model.

Challenge and needs

Arabica Coffee House is passionate about communication and explaining the ‘why’ in everything they do, they needed a platform that could engage with their teams to drive communication and compliance.

As they started to expand, they needed a solution that would ensure everyday tasks and routines were being completed. Due to the fast moving nature of the business, they wanted to ensure all of their documentation was held in one secure place with access levels set accordingly.

Our solution

The Outsourcing Specialists launched Chainformation into the business in December 2018. We support Arabica in setting-up all of their daily routines and tasks in the checklist module for all their team. Within this, we supported with setting-up briefing documents to ensure the team knew why they needed to do these tasks and what they needed to do. 

In addition, Arabica Coffee House have migrated all communications onto the platform and eradicated e mail from the business . Incorporating WhatsApp, Slack and Facebook into Chainformation, providing one single form of communication for all teams throughout the business, from investors through to front line team members.
